Our ethos is to ensure the vehicle is checked and prepared to a high standard prior to collection. After opening our very own vehicle preparation centre in 2023 fully equipped to carry out MOT, servicing and any warranty requirements needed to ensure our customers are looked after not just from point of sale but for the foreseeable.

Our mechanical team include technicians from Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and Vauxhall, but are experienced to cover all aspects of diagnostics, servicing and repairs across any vehicle.

VRM was established after coming to a conclusion that trying to purchase used vehicles as a consumer was becoming quite difficult in terms of quality, preparation and honesty. All of which seems to be lacking in the industry, while even dealing with Main agents we felt handovers weren't very personal, vehicles weren't finished to a standard and you were preying on a third party warranty to cover you for any issues. 

Our promise is simple, source, stock and supply as best as we can and deal honestly and fairly with all our customers, we want to supply not just you, but your friends family and children with their future vehicles. Our office is always open, our mobiles are available to customers should they need any advice or assistance. We have been lucky to have amassed some truly great customers over the years who have become life long friends popping in regularly for help or a deal for themselves or others. 

It's a personal business built up with genuine people that have a passion for vehicles and the expertise to cover all avenues. We price compare to ensure our stock is priced competitively nationally, but our aim is to be better than the high majority when it comes to the vehicle itself and the approach and care dealing with us. If any of our inventory is exciting you feel free to pop in for a coffee and a chat, our modular office is a comfortable place to go through any paperwork and our indoor handover bay is well lit for anyone wishing to view the vehicle in a clean and dry bay. 

We offer full dealer facilities including Part Exchange, Finance, Warranty, Recovery, Courtesy Vehicles, Along with additional services such as detailing ceramic coating and many more.
