Really happy with my recent purchase of a BMW 118i from Victoria Road Motors. The service from start to finish was excellent "” everyone I dealt with was polite, patient, and helpful. When I went to view the car, the whole process felt relaxed and unhurried, which was really refreshing compared to other experiences I've had with car sales.

On the day I picked it up, they took the time to go through all the settings with me and made sure I was happy before heading off, the car was immaculate and you can see the attention to detail and care taken.
A smooth, straightforward experience "” would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding from first enquiry to collecting our Audi TT Quattro.
Cars here are beautifully presented and displayed way better than Sinclair Audi.
Literally no hard sell just totally polite and helpful.
Nothing too much trouble our car was probably the cheapest they had but the standard of service exceeded all our expectations

I can't believe it a second hand car dealership you can actually trust. Just bought a lovely BMW from here, James the owner is a real genuine guy and makes sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, the car was prepared to a really high standard, had one or two issues but they have been sorted in their workshop who are also top notch people very polite and obliging I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to buy a used car.
